We’re so glad to have our Walsh Buddies back with us this semester! These Walsh University nursing students have jumped right back into our After-School Program, and they’ve been doing such a great job engaging with our students! 
Lately, they’ve led activities that helped students learn why handwashing matters and how to make it part of their daily routines. 
They also introduced a simple, age-appropriate lesson about traumatic brain injuries, helping students understand how our brains work and why it’s important to take care of them. 
We’re grateful for the way these future nurses show up with kindness, patience, and enthusiasm. Our students are really enjoying their time together, and we’re thankful for this ongoing partnership!
