ONE DAY

Spend a day volunteering at the Lighthouse. Thanks to volunteer groups of all sizes, work projects and care of our facility is made possible year-round. Work days are set aside for local groups who have established or are looking to establish a long-term relationship with the Lighthouse and our community.

Current Projects That Need Completed Are: 

  • Painting the deck at Studio 3 (the Lighthouse art studio)
    • Materials: $90
    • Volunteers needed: 2-4
  • Washing and priming the exterior wall of Studio 3
    • ​​​​​​​Material costs: $200
    • Volunteers needed: 4-6
  • Painting the porch of the Hope House
    • ​​​​​​​Material costs: $45
    • Volunteers needed: 2-3
  • Replacing all raised garden beds in the Outdoor Classroom
    • ​​​​​​​Material costs: $500
    • Volunteers needed: 6-10
  • Painting the interior of the Hope House
    • Material costs: $0
    • Volunteers needed: 1-10
